Ageing eyes and falls
- As you get older and your vision deteriorates, you are more likely to fall
- Age-related vision change is normal
- Presbyopia is a common type of age-related change in vision
- You are entitled to a free NHS sight test if you are aged 60 or over
- The optometrist can advise you on what can be done to reduce the chance of you falling
